Position Description

Position: Donor Services Associate Location of Position: Marin Headlands, Sausalito, California Reports to : Donor Stewardship and Database Administrator Position Classification & Expected Hours of Work, and Travel: This is a full-time, onsite position. Regular onsite work is required.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience with Salesforce, particularly the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), strongly preferred; comfort learning donor management and marketing databases required.
  • Experience with Apsona, or other third-party data management and productivity add-ons for Salesforce.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Adobe Acrobat.
